'Great Standards' refers to the educational competencies of learners as defined by the three core domains of vocational education: Knowledge, Skills, and Professional Attributes (desirable habits and characteristics).
Identity
Students will possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities that meet Occupational Standards or Work-based Standards, enabling them to perform effectively and professionally in a real-world work environment.
  • Technical competency means that the learner possesses the required knowledge in their own professional field.
  • Performance competency refers to the student's ability to perform the practical tasks required in their professional field.
  • Attitude competency refers to a student possessing and demonstrating the appropriate professional attitudes and behaviors.
