Philosophy
Excellence, Engagement, Discipline.
Excellence
The college aims to develop the nation's youth to achieve a standard of quality that is widely recognized. This quality encompasses three core areas: the quality of our personnel, our operational processes, and our educational support factors. Therefore, our teaching and learning methods emphasize a strong balance of both theory and practice, ensuring that students are equipped to build successful and proficient careers. To meet the demands of the modern workplace, all students are required to study English, Japanese, and computer skills.
Engagement
The college provides students with suitable activities that align with clear objectives, believing that such engagement is an excellent way to facilitate learning. To provide direct, real-world experience, the college sends all students to complete internships at both public and private sector establishments before graduation. Furthermore, the college actively encourages every student to participate in all types of sports, both on and off campus, to support their physical health and mental development.
Discipline
Discipline is an essential attribute that allows people to live together peacefully in society. A disciplined individual is punctual, responsible for themselves and the community, and accepts and adheres to the rules established by social organizations. Our school is therefore committed to instilling both self-discipline and social discipline in every student.
